What are False Mink lashes?
False mink is synthetic mink. The lashes are made from polysynthetic or silk fibers designed to imitate mink fur.
How do false mink lashes differ from natural mink lashes? False Mink lashes are made from synthetic mink and are visually almost indistinguishable from MINK lashes, meaning those made from natural fur. They look exceptionally natural and will become your best assistant for creating a variety of looks.
How do you apply false eyelashes?
- Apply your makeup, put on eyeshadow, and define the lash line with eyeliner or an eye pencil. Curl your lashes with a lash curler and apply mascara so they blend with the false lashes.
- Fitting the false eyelashes. Carefully remove the false lashes from the packaging using gentle pressing movements with your fingers. Place the band against your natural lashes to determine the required length. If the false lash band is too long, trim the excess length with scissors (cut from the outer edge, where the lashes are longest).
- Applying the glue. Special glue must be used for false eyelashes to securely fix the lashes to the eyelid without sticking them together and while allowing for quick removal. Holding the false lash band with tweezers (or your fingers), carefully apply a thin layer of false eyelash glue along the entire length of the band, paying particular attention to the corners. The glue can be applied directly from the tube, or you can squeeze out a small drop and use a microbrush or toothpick to apply it to the lashes.
- Be sure to wait 30–40 seconds for the glue to begin drying.
- Applying the lashes. For comfortable application, you will need a special applicator, which makes this step much easier. Please note: false lashes are applied to the eyelid (as close as possible to the lash line), not on top of the natural lashes! Begin applying the lashes from the center of the eyelid. Carefully place the band in the desired position and secure the false lashes with gentle pressing movements of your fingers. Then position and secure the remaining ends of the band.
- Once the glue has dried, connect the false lashes to the natural lashes using tweezers or a lash curler.
- To complete the look, you can go over the false lash line once more with eyeliner or an eye pencil. If desired, lightly apply mascara to the lashes.
How do you remove false eyelashes?
To remove strip lashes, gently pull the lashes from the outer corner of the eye; they will then come off with a light hand movement.
