According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" from 19.03.1994 №172, our customers have the right to exchange non-food goods of proper quality for similar, if the goods did not satisfy him in shape, size, style , color, size or for other reasons can not be used for its intended purpose. The buyer has the right to exchange the goods of proper quality within fourteen calendar days, not including the day of purchase, provided that all the provisions of the Law.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994 № 172 "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine" On Consumer Protection "defines the list of goods that are not subject to exchange (return), namely:

  • disposable products;
  • hairdressing scissors;
  • manicure tools;
  • products in aerosol packaging;
  • promotional and cheaper goods;

Such goods can only be returned due to a defect or non-compliance with the order.

Only new goods that have no traces of use are subject to exchange or return: scratches, chips, abrasions must be preserved: complete set, integrity and all components of packaging, labels, factory markings and the buyer has the original document , which confirms the fact of purchase of the goods. Violation of any of these points leaves the store the right to refuse the buyer to exchange or return the goods.
