Halloween is not just a holiday of horror, but a true space for creativity and self-expression. On October 31, we draw inspiration from dark aesthetics and let our makeup imaginations run wild. It is a time for bold experiments, creativity, and the magic of transformation. Every year, makeup artists and enthusiasts around the world turn their faces into true works of art, creating looks ranging from elegant to sinister, glamorous to supernatural.
Halloween looks are an opportunity to reveal your darkest fantasies and share them. Makeup becomes a key tool for creating illusions that surprise and enchant. From classic vampires and witches to modern cinematic characters and abstract creatures—on this day, there are no rules, and you can confidently go beyond the ordinary.

This year, Zidia, together with @tutuska_makeup, created a fairly simple idea for your unforgettable Halloween look that anyone can recreate.
We’ve prepared a striking “Black Widow” look for you—passionate and mystical, perfect for celebrating Halloween. Using Zidia false eyelashes, we created a captivating gaze that adds drama to the look. In our tutorial, you’ll find every step for recreating this mysterious makeup look by combining bold red with deep, dark shades.
So, shall we start painting?
1.
We apply foundation and contour the cheekbones in a masculine style to make the face look slimmer and more otherworldly.
2.
Next, we create black-and-burgundy smoky eyes based on the winged liner, using the black single eyeshadow Charcoal.
3.
We apply false strip lashes (choose yours here) to create a dramatic look.
Remember that eyelashes are the foundation of any makeup look.
4.
Let’s move on to the main part: we outline our little spider on the chosen area with a wax pencil.
5.
We fill it in with face paint, eyeliner, or eyeshadow, then use red lipstick to add volume to the spider’s “bottom.”
6.
We bring our “pet” to life with white highlights and gray shadows that add definition.
7.
To finish, we’ll add lips, decorations, and lenses to create a deep, captivating gaze.
